Why choose Ryder Home Services?
By choosing Ryder Home Services, you will work directly with the owner, Chris Ryder, who has 14 years experience in the residential construction industry and is a NARI Certified Remodeler.
Do you provide free consultations?
Yes, we are happy to meet with you to discuss your project timeline, price range and duration. Projects that require cabinet or architectural design may require a small design fee.
What hours do you work?
Typical working hours are between 8am and 4pm, but we are flexible to your needs.
What is your payment process?
The preferred payment is cash or check.
Do you supply materials for home maintenance projects?
Yes. We can supply all materials needed to complete your project, which will be included in the estimate.
Can you explain the process for home remodeling projects?
There will be an initial consultation to understand your needs and the scope of the project, including taking detailed measurements and a survey of the project area.
Once project scope and cost are finalized, a construction agreement will be signed, selections will be made and we will begin ordering materials. Before the start of construction, we will have a pre-construction meeting to review the project.
Shortly after, we will begin construction, which will vary in time due to the scope of the project. Upon completion, you will receive an orientation of your new space and a review of the Ryder Home Services Warranty program.
Do I have to get permits?
Ryder Home Services can obtain all permits needed for your project for a fee.
What areas do you service?
Ryder Home Services proudly serves Bucks and Montgomery Counties, as well as Radnor, Wayne, and Villanova.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Ryder Home Services is fully insured and a registered Pennsylvania home improvement contractor.
